Saturday, Aug. 24, is Bike Buckeye Lake’s third annual Tour de Buckeye Lake cycling event.
Riders choose between a 45-, 26- or 8-mile route circumventing Buckeye Lake. The 45- and 26-mile routes include a 4.1-mile stretch along the new Buckeye Lake Dam. The 45-mile route runs through picturesque Dawes Arboretum. The ride begins and ends at Buckeye Lake Winery, where there will be a post-cycling party with live music and local beers on tap.
Bike Buckeye Lake is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to develop a multipurpose trail around Buckeye Lake.
