Katz: 100 Chef of the Month

The Ohio 100 is starting a new series: The Ohio 100 Chef of the Month.

This month we honor Shaker Heights’ Fire Food & Drink executive chef Douglas Katz. Chef Katz teamed up with the Cleveland Museum of Art to overhaul its food options and the Provenance restaurant, cafe and catering were born. Whenever you visit Fire on historic Shaker Square, don’t leave without a package of Katz’s specially created signature spice mixes. The Cleveland Heights native graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and University of Denver.
