Take a fall foliage river boat ride

You can take a car ride and see autumn leaves, but have you ever seen those sights from the river? Just go to Zane’s Landing Park in Zanesville, and hop on the Lorena Sternwheeler for a Fall Foliage Ride, running now through Oct. 20.  The cruise takes one hour, and you travel up the Muskingum River.

The Sternwheeler carries 75 passengers and is 104 feet long and 17 feet wide. The Lorena weighs over 59 tons and takes passengers up the Muskingum River Water Trail. You’ll enjoy a relaxed, pleasant ride through wide waters and pass scenic woodlands.
