Which state boasts the second-highest number of covered bridges in the country? It’s Ohio with 125 of the eye-catching structures, which span a multitude of rivers and waterways around the state. We found this list of all the bridges and locations for your driving pleasure.

Ashtabula County boasts the longest covered bridge in the country. The Smolen-Gulf Bridge is 613 feet long and stands 93 feet above the Ashtabula River. This bridge has a width of 30 feet and height of 14 feet, and a whopping life expectancy of 100 years. Ashtabula County boasts 17 covered bridges.
