A new report from the Ohio Chamber of Commerce says businesses plan to hire employees despite the uncertainty of economic stability.
The Prosperity Pulse report surveyed 400 business leaders between Jan. 28 and Feb. 10. Every company polled planned to add jobs in the first three months of this year and 71% of respondents said the current climate is either excellent or good.
The top five concerns are rising health care costs, data security, cost of employee benefits, current political environment and taxes. The quarterly report gives the Ohio chamber a chance to survey business leaders about the Ohio economy.
