The 45th Annual Lakewood Arts Festival returns to the shores of Lake Erie on August 6.
A juried exhibition of fine arts and crafts will feature more than 100 artists from across the country. Live entertainment, on a trio of downtown stages, runs the gamut – from violin duets and opera selections to Senegalese drumming and African-inspired dance.
Mingle with street performers, musicians and pop-ups among the crowd and eat for a good cause: each food sponsor generously donates a portion of the day’s sales to the Student Scholarship Fund, awarded annually to a Lakewood resident pursuing a degree in fine arts.
