Even though the 75th NBA All-Star Game is three years away, the staff at Cleveland State University is planning its role in this premier event that will showcase Cleveland to millions of viewers. The Wolstein Center will host the 2022 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game and serve as the practice facility for the best players in the world.
The All-Star Game festivities run for three days with the penultimate game on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2022. The economic impact to the region is expected to reach $100 million. Cleveland also hosted the 50th NBA All-Star Game.
