In keeping with tradition, strange characters will soon be roaming Ohio Village – located on the grounds of the Ohio History Center in Columbus – as it goes Victorian for Halloween.
Enjoy an evening of family fun (1890s-style) with entertainment galore: follow the lit pumpkin path to the amphitheater for a retelling of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” by the bonfire or take part in the “Revival Tent Experience,” showcasing how African Americans came together during harvest time and holy days (like All Saints’ Day).
Whether joining the masquerade party or learning about 19th century funeral practices, there’s something for everyone. Boo.
