Planet Oasis Planned for Delaware County

by The 100 Companies

A central Ohio developer is lining up the pieces for a sprawling amusement park covering 350 acres in Delaware County, featuring 15 to 20 attractions, including an indoor water park, outdoor lake, skate park, ice rink, e-sports arena and a shooting range.

Planet Oasis, a multi-billion dollar investment, will be built at the intersection of I-71 and Routes 36/37 in Berkshire Township. The capstone will be a 200,000 square foot UltraStar multi-entertainment center featuring a movie theater, bowling alley, laser tag and a “uni-coaster,” a roller coaster reaching 150 to 200 feet. Planet Oasis is being developed by New Albany-based Blue Horseshoe Ventures Ltd.
