Holocaust museum finds new home at Union Terminal

Well over 80 years ago, the Union Terminal in Cincinnati welcomed Holocaust survivors. Last month, the terminal became the new home of the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust and Humanity Center, which features climate-controlled collections, archival space for artifacts and library space for the public.

Many Holocaust survivors traveled by boat from war-ravaged Germany and then by train to the Union Terminal. The Center includes survivors’ stories and experiences, as well as riveting sculptures, documents and other memorabilia. A dynamic mural from local artist Keith Neltner features 25 vignettes of survivor stories. Also on display are various interactive exhibits.
