Some interesting facts about the fivesome:

• Newman, born in Shaker Heights, has the sixth-most Academy Award nominations (nine).

• Steinem, raised in Toledo, helped to create Ms. Magazine.

• Biles, a Columbus native, won three gold medals at the 2016 Olympics.

• Armstrong, from Wapakoneta, was the first man to step on the moon.

• Berry, born in Cleveland, is the first African-American woman to win the Academy Award for best actress.
