Amazon is doing its part to spur job growth in Ohio. The online retail giant is bringing new life to some parts of Ohio with brick-and-mortar stores or open ground.
In northeast Ohio, Amazon is building fulfillment centers at the old Randall Park Mall, Euclid Square Mall and Rolling Acres Mall. Two fulfillment centers in the Columbus area opened last year. Amazon recently announced plans for a center in Monroe, between Dayton and Cincinnati.
Thousands of jobs are expected to be created from Amazon’s initiatives in the Buckeye State, and we at The Ohio 100 applaud their effort.
